Customs officers at the Deve Bair border crossing prevented an attempt to smuggle up to 19,9 million denars’ worth of counterfeit clothes, shoes, and purses, the Customs Administration said in a press release.
Almost two thousand pieces branded with logos of Louis Vuitton, Dior, Moncler, Gucci, Versace, Burberry, and Michael Kors were found on a truck passing through the country on its way Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Customs officers found 1,907 pieces of counterfeit clothing, shoes and purses in the truck after suspecting the driver was transporting contraband, the release says.
