The Macedonian Ministry of Interior announced that a US citizen has been arrested after entering the Ilinden barracks in Skopje without permission.
The American national was found by the police, and as informed by the Ministry of Interior, he is a 69-year-old man.
The Prosecutor’s Office and the security services have been notified. Measures are being taken to clear up the case.
