Mayor of the City of Skopje Danela Arsovska did not show up Wednesday at the session of the Council for the City of Skopje, at which the budget for the city was on the agenda. There was no representative of the City of Skopje at the Council session, even though it is an obligation defined in the legal acts.
The Council head Trajko Slaveski, when interrupting the session, indicated that the presence of city representatives must be ensured.
“There must be a representative of the budget proposer at the session, Mayor Danela Arsovska, the general secretary as well as a representative of the Finance Department at the City should be present,” said Slaveski.
The councilor from the ranks of VMRO-DPMNE Stefan Andonovski indicated that the authorized proposer should explain why the budget is planned this way.
