The Tetovo – Gostivar Interior Departments after taking measures and activities and providing material and technical evidence in cooperation and coordination with the Department of Criminal Police, the Ohrid Interior Department, the Struga Department and the Debar Department completely cleared the robbery of November 26th in a cannabis production factory for medical purposes in Gostivar’s Chegrane.
“On Tuesday and Wednesday (26.12. and 27.12.2023) police officers arrested five people of their freedom, and a criminal report for “robbery” was submitted to the Gostivar Public Prosecutor’s Office against; N.I. (39) from Debar, N.R. (29) and G.S. (36) from Struga and R.B. (32) and G.B. (18) from Gostivar. They suspect that on the 26th of last month at around 10:30 p.m. they physically assaulted the security employee of the factory in Chegrane, threatened him with a firearm and tied him up, after which they took 44 bags with a total of 552.85 kilograms of cannabis from the premises,” reads the police report.
