The Judicial Council’s decision to dismiss its former president Vesna Dameva from the post has been annulled, the Administrative Court informed on Friday.
The Macedonian Minister of Justice Krenar Lloga welcomes this decision by which she returns to the presidency of the Judicial Council.
“This confirms all the allegations of the minister that he had in the past period about the work and actions of the Judicial Council, which proves that this institution needs reforms,” said the Ministry of Justice in a press release on Friday.
