The nephew of DUI leader Ali Ahmeti, Drin Ahmeti, claims that the pyrotechnics found in the trunk of his vehicle were purchased legally.
“I will not comment on the details for the time being as the investigation and proceedings are ongoing and my legal team is working on it. I can only say this, the pyrotechnics were purchased legally, and all the other gifts in the vehicle were for my nieces and nephews,” Ahmeti told Skopje1.mk.
Drin Ahmeti was detained at a police station on December 30th after police officers stopped his vehicle and found 749 pieces of pyrotechnic devices in it.
