Public prosecutor to appeal to court for not ordering detention for the people that broke into M-NAV

The public prosecutor will file appeals against the decision of the judge of the preliminary procedure from the Skopje Basic Criminal Court, which rejected the proposal to determine a measure of detention for four suspects of a crime – Endangering the safety of air traffic, and measures were imposed on them caution, the Public Prosecutor’s Office (PPO) informed on Saturday.

A judge of a preliminary proceeding from the Criminal Court ordered on Friday precautionary measures against four people, including BekimNeziri, former minister, advisor to the director of M-NAV and head of the DUI branch, suspected of endangering the safety of air traffic. They, accompanied by four other persons, who are at large, broke into the offices of M-NAV on Thursday, where the incident took place.
