The Ministry of Justice has initiated amendments to the Law on the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors in order to overcome the problems with passing the qualification test, that is, to pass it in writing. The relevant minister, Krenar Lloga, will legalize the handwritten examination, for which the professional public reacted that it could be misused and there could be manipulations in the reception of future judges and prosecutors.
As announced by the ministry, the proposed Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors contains four articles.
