The Bulgarian company Ker Toki Power will take over the electricity trading company Renewable Energy Supply (RES), which was owned by the Macedonian businessman Kocho Angjushev, the Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) reported.

CPC preliminarily considers that this may fall under the provisions of the Law on Protection of Competition, but its final decision is reserved.

“According to Article 15 of the Law on the Protection of Competition, on January 2024, the Commission for the Protection of Competition was notified of a concentration by which KER TOKI POWER AD, with its headquarters and address in the city of Sofia, will acquire control over RENEWABLE ENERGY SUPPLY DOO Skopje.
