The authorities created chaos with the inability to organize the issuance of travel documents, said VMRO-DPMNE on Sunday.
The opposition party assesses that because of the incompetent Kovachevski and Spasovski, thousands of citizens have been waiting in sub-zero temperatures for several hours a day for two months to get their photo taken for a new driver’s license, ID, and passport.
“Of the 2 million and 500 thousand citizens with Macedonian citizenship, 1 million and 200 thousand citizens have taken out travel documents so far. For those reasons, VMRO-DPMNE will submit a petition to the Constitutional Court on Monday for the enforcement of the section of the Law on Travel Documents that obliges citizens to change their travel documents by February,” the largest opposition party said.
