Customs officers seize 185,000 Norwegian crowns at Skopje Airport

The customs administration announced that it seized 185 thousand Norwegian kroner, after a passenger leaving the country at Skopje International Airport did not report them to the customs authority.

The passenger, who was a Norwegian citizen from Kosovo, was carrying 305 thousand Norwegian kroner in a black bag, which customs officials found during scanner control.

According to the Foreign Exchange Act, 120 thousand Norwegian kroner were returned to the passenger, and the rest were confiscated. An appropriate report has been filed against him.
