The Caretaker Interior Minister of Panche Toshkovski announced at a press conference on Monday in front of the Parliament that he submitted to the Government legal amendments to the Draft Law amending the Law on Road Traffic Safety and the Draft Law amending the Law on Road Documents of citizens, after a fast-track procedure. The VMRO-DPMNE MP group submitted these legal amendments to the archives of the Parliament Monday morning and a request for convening an urgent session on this issue with the signatures of 20 MPs.
According to the coordinator of the VMRO-DPMNE MP group Nikola Micevski, the legal solutions themselves are about amending the provisions of the two laws that provide for the completion of the deadlines in relation to this legal solution for travel documents and driver’s licenses.
Toshkovski emphasizes that there are not enough forms for passports and driver’s licenses to meet the needs of citizens.
