Over 100,000 Macedonian citizens will not be able to vote in the elections. This is the number of adult citizens of Macedonia, who do not have an identity card, and their passport has the old name of the country, the caretaker Minister of Interior Panche Toshkovski said in an interview with Alfa TV.

“At least 100,000 citizens who have a valid or invalid travel document, that means a travel document with the old name, but do not have the new one, as of election day, because of these 54 will not be able to exercise their right to vote. Shame on them from first to last, especially to those who are lawyers,” said Minister Toshkovski.
