VMRO-DPMNE presidential candidate GordanaSiljanovska-Davkova addressed the first people’s rally organized by VMRO-DPMNE which was held Thursday evening in front of the Government building and marked the beginning of the presidential campaign.
“Pride cannot be bought or handed. Pride can only be earned. This is the year when we celebrate 80 years of Macedonian statehood, 80 years of ASNOM. The partisans were inspired by the first Ilinden and therefore entered the second Ilinden, in the fight for freedom. This is how pride is built, they died for us, to make Macedonia proud. We must respect that. They deserve it, our people here deserve it,” stressed opposition candidate Siljanovska-Davkova at the rally.
