VMRO-DPMNE deputy leader and holder of the list in the fourth electoral district of the “Your Macedonia” coalition Aleksandar Nikoloski addressed the public at the opening of the election headquarters in Strumica on Monday evening. He stressed to the citizens that in the upcoming elections, they will be faced with the obligation to restore the pride of Macedonia, to introduce order and rule of law, and to raise Macedonia economically, and these will be the three key priorities of the future government led by VMRO-DPMNE and the coalition.
The opposition high official also commented on the SDSM campaign and pointed out that their fight in these elections is actually an internal party battle for a future leader.
“We are probably witnessing the strangest elections in Macedonia. Usually in elections Prime Minister, President, MPs are elected, and now they have elections in which they choose the president of a party that will fail. So the battle is whether the leader of the SDSM party, which will fail in the next 3 to 4 years, will be the holder in the second or the holder in the ED 4. They went nuts by going behind their backs. They can’t get an order in front of the VMRO-DPMNE headquarters, who will bribe whomever to become the party leader that will destroy the party. And some come to us for the former, others come to us for the latter,” said Nikoloski.
