The trend of the huge lead of the presidential candidate backed by VMRO-DPMNE, Professor Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, over the presidential candidate supported by the Social Democratic Union, incumbent President Stevo Pendarovski, continues.
In the latest survey published in the Objective political show of the Macedonian Radio Television – MRT, conducted by IPIS in April, the rating of the presidential candidates in the third and fourth electoral districts was investigated. To the question “Who will you vote for in the upcoming presidential elections?”, in the third electoral district (ED3) 37.1% responded for Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, while 21.8% of respondents said for Stevo Pendarovski. Behind them are Maksim Dimitrievski 6.7%, Biljana Vankovska 5%, Stevcho Jakimovski 1.2%, while Arben Taravari and Bujar Osmani are under one percent.
To the same question in April in the fourth electoral district (ED4), 36.3% of the respondents said that they would vote for Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, while Stevo Pendarovski was trusted by 23.8% of the respondents. Far behind them are Biljana Vankovska 3.9%, Maksim Dimitrievski 5.6%, Stevcho Jakimovski 1.1%, Bujar Osmani and Arben Taravari, and in the ED4 they are under one percent.
