Corruption is the bedrock of Macedonian society, everyone sees what is happening in this country. This has been ascertained not only by ordinary citizens, but by experts and external observers, and hence it occupies one of the central positions in the program of these elections of VMRO-DPMNE, said Trajko Slaveski, member of the VMRO-DPMNE Executive Committee.
“The fiscal space has narrowed dramatically due to the high public debt, the high budget deficits practiced by the outgoing government and some commitments, above all there is the agreement for corridor 8 and 10 with Bechtel-Enka, which occupy a large space in the budget, and we do not know with which dynamics and amounts will be realized,” said Slaveski.
The high opposition official pointed out that the number one task of the next government led by VMRO-DPMNE is to ensure macroeconomic stabilization in the country.
“Stability for prices, i.e. to break this wage-price spiral,” added Slaveski.
