The first round of elections was generally held in a peaceful and democratic atmosphere. We hope that the same will apply during the campaigning for the second round of presidential elections and for the parliamentary elections, and that the entire process will conclude with positive messages, EU Ambassador David Geer said on Saturday.

“The OSCE/ODIHR mission has already issued the preliminary report from the first round of elections. The elections took place in a generally peaceful and democratic atmosphere, and we truly hope that in the second round of presidential elections, as well as in the campaign for the parliamentary elections, they will build upon this positive momentum, which will enable the entire process to conclude with positive messages and a positive sentiment,” EU Ambassador David Geer said, who attended the event marking the European Immunization Week in the Skopje City Park.
