Chairperson-in-office of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) and Minister of Foreign Affairs BujarOsmani delivered an opening address at the plenary session of the meeting of foreign ministers within the framework of North Macedonia’s SEECP Chairmanship, under the motto “Bridging Differences, Building Trust” on Thursday.
Osmani expressed his gratitude for the support from the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) during the implementation of the activities, and he emphasized: “We are leaving behind us a successful year, with numerous achievements in the field of regional cooperation, and the consensus reached for the election of a new General Secretary is particularly significant of the RCC. Our founding documents that indicate the basic goal of our regional process are: ‘Good-neighborly relations, stability, security and cooperation in Southeast Europe’ and the aspiration for ‘Integrating our countries into the Euro-Atlantic family of free and democratic nations’, which are relevant and applicable. Today, just like in the past,” stressed Osmani.
