In April 2024, 257 building permits were issued, which is 22.1% less compared to the same month of the previous year, the State Statistics Office (SSO) said on Friday.
Of the total number of permits issued, 136 (52.9 %) are intended for high-rise buildings, 56 (21.8 %) for low-rise buildings and 65 (25.3 %) for reconstruction buildings.
Out of a total of 257 objects, 121 (47.1 %) are natural persons as investors, and 136 (52.9 %) objects are business entities.
According to the issued building permits, the estimated value of the buildings is 5,703,659 thousand denars, which is 16.6% less compared to the same month of the previous year.
