As of March 17, travelers can fly directly from Ohrid’s St. Paul the Apostle Airport to Bratislava, with a new flight to Milan launching March 29, Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport AleksandarNikoloski said Tuesday.
“These directflights mean new tourists in Ohrid and more opportunities to strengthen the economy. The development of air traffic is one of the top priorities of the Government and the Ministry of Transport. Through specific policies and measures, we are continuously working to improve civil air traffic, which has enabled a significant expansion of the network of destinations,”said Deputy Prime Minister Nikoloski.
