Police teams raided Thursday morning and searched the home of a Struga resident, who is allegedly the president of the Bulgarian association “Strumica Five”, and the law enforcement authorities suspect him of production and distribution of child pornography, a crime under Article 193-a of the Criminal Code, police sources told NetPress.
“There is information about Struga resident BorcheKostevski that he is the president of the Bulgarian association “Strumica Five”, he is the host of a podcast called B2 Channel – Initial Showdown, which studio is located in Skopje, and he is also connected to Viktor Stojanov,” sources told NetPress.
The action is being carried out by the Cyber Crime Sector with the Ministry of Interior (MoI), in coordination with the Cyber Crime Departments of the Bitola, Ohrid and StrumicaInterior Departments.
As part of the operation, police teams are conducting searches at a total of seven different locations throughout Macedonia, in order to secure evidence for the crime of “Production and Distribution of Child Pornography” under Article 193-a of the Criminal Code, during which computer devices and computer data will be seized, which will serve as evidence in further proceedings.
