The Macedonian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management (MAFWM) has imposed a complete ban on fishing on Lake Dojran from April 10 to May 10, 2026, meaning that no recreational fishing is allowed on Lake Dojran during that period.
The implementation of the ban will be controlled by the State Inspectorate for Agriculture, as well as by the state fishing control, the Macedonian Fishing Federation has said in a press release.
