The traditional sports and recreational event “Expedition through the Heart of Ilinden” was successfully implemented in the Municipality of Ilinden this year. The event, organized by MTB Ilinden, and under the auspices of the Municipality of Ilinden, this year gathered over 300 cyclists and more than 150 hikers.
The program included an off-road bicycle tour of about 40 kilometers in length, through the settlements of Ajvatovci, Buchinci, Mrshevci, Deljadrovci, Miladinovci, Bujkovci, Bunardzhik and again Ajvatovci, as well as a mountaineering tour on the route Ajvatovci – Buchinci – Ajvatovci, with a total length of 15 kilometers, with a visit to Lake Buchin.
