A horrific case of peer violence between pupils from a primary school in Skopje’s Gjorche Petrov Municipality has been reported by concerned parents, reports Vecher Press.
A sixth-grade female pupil was brutally abused by three older girls and as a result of the torture, she is now receiving professional help. She was burned with cigarettes, humiliated by her classmates in a park near the municipality, and was also forced to eat dog excrement, while all of this was recorded with a mobile phone.
“It has been reported that a minor girl was physically assaulted on two occasions by several minors from her school. Official interviews were conducted in the presence of the parents, material evidence was collected, including video recordings, and measures are being taken in coordination with the Public Prosecutor’s Office to clarify the case,” the Ministry of Interior (MoI) informed the media outlet.
According to initial information, the cause was allegedly a quarrel via Instagram.
