The Central Council of the Democratic Union (DS) discussed the current political situation in the country and assessed that European integration processes are a top priority, but the government does not have any reforms related to the judicial system, the rule of law and the fight against organized crime and corruption.
“Among the citizens, there is huge dissatisfaction with the non-functioning of state institutions, poverty and the departure of young people from the state. The Government announces the constitutional amendments since July 2022, and so far we have not seen anything from them, no text, no discussion about the essence and context of the dispute with Bulgaria, but only political manipulations and divisions,” reads the DS press release.
