Former FFM president Ilcho Gjorgioski received a 30-day detention from the pre-trial judge, due to the indictment filed against him by the Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Organized Crime and Corruption (PPO OCC) for the alleged embezzlement of approx. EUR 2 million.
The same measure of detention of at least 30 days was also received by Olgica Mladenovska, the head of finance during his term, who is also among the suspects in this crime.
Muamed Sejdini, Gjorgioski’s successor at the head of FFM, is also accused, and is suspected of embezzling EUR 1 million, but he is already in custody for another offense – for embezzling EUR 700,000 from the fund intended for the construction of the Ohrid stadium.
