Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski had a working lunch Tuesday with the President of the Republic of India, Droupadi Murmu, who is on her first official visit to Macedonia.
As PM Mickoski informed, the meeting took place in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, with the focus of the talks being on the possibilities for further improvement of bilateral relations between the two countries.
“We discussed deepening economic cooperation, trade, investments, as well as strengthening the partnership in several areas of mutual interest,” Prime Minister Mickoski noted.
The PM stresses that this historic visit of the Indian President represents a significant step towards opening new perspectives for cooperation between the two friendly countries. At the same time, the meeting is another confirmation of the joint determination to build stronger and more solid bilateral ties in the future.
