Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski informed that a third call for projects in the municipalities is being considered after Tuesday’s visit to the municipality of Ilinden, where he inspected the construction activities of a new stadium, infrastructure projects and road infrastructure.
“It is good that construction is underway. With this project of reallocation from the central budget to the municipalities, we have more than 1,200 projects that are being built and it is good that Macedonia is one big construction site. Some of the projects are being completed, some are in the process of implementation, a very small part will start and I expect that next year we will wrap it up with the projects from the first and second calls and already think about the third call that I think will be needed. In the meantime, the municipalities are preparing new projects, which is good, so I can only congratulate the mayors in this case, to congratulate the mayor of the Municipality of Ilinden, who is an doing impressive job here,” said PM Mickoski.
