DUI, with its votes in Parliament, made Zoran Zaev Prime Minister to change the
Constitution and the name of Macedonia, said Artan Grubi in the show "Click Plus"
on TV21 while discussing future post-election coalitions to form a government.
The former DUI MP says that they as a party do not regret it at all, although they
acted against the will of the citizens who voted in 2016, because they achieved great
things with Zaev, such as the introduction of bilingualism and the signing of
agreements with Greece and Bulgaria.
“We did a lot of great things with SDSM and Zoran Zaev and we never felt guilty for
it. We were very aware when we gave Zaev the votes to make him Prime Minister,
we made him Prime Minister to change the name. We made Zoran Zaev Prime
Minister to sign the treaties with Greece and Bulgaria. We were fully aware that we
are making a move against what the voters chose in 2016,” Grubi said.
