Currently, the other two lines are being designed in parallel, one is from Volkovo via GjorchePetrov, Skopje North, to the railway station in Skopje, with a length of 18 kilometers. The second is from MiladinovciIlinden, Madzari to the railway station in Skopje, with a length of 20 kilometers. The City Train project should be completed by the beginning of 2028.
