Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said Saturday that he had information regarding cannabis seized in Serbia, which left the country, but said that in the interest of the investigation he would not like to share any details. Regarding the opposition’s accusations about how the cannabis left the country, Mickoski says that there are officials from the former government involved and refers to details from the Ministry of Interior (MoI).

“In the interest of the investigation, I would not go a step further, perhaps the Ministry can share some details. I have said what I had about this case. There are officials, but from the previous government. There is a company that is owned by a former SDSM head in Novo Selo, namely his son, etc. Let’s not go into more detail. Perhaps the Ministry of Interior can share more, but in the interest of the investigation I would limit myself to what I can,” said Mickoski, who was inspecting the construction works on Corridor VIII in Gostivar.
