Rumen Radev’s special envoy, Venko Filipche through Rubin Zemon in direct collaboration with Viktor Stoyanov who is persona non grata in Macedonia due to his anti-Macedonian views, VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson Valentin Manasievski told a press briefing Monday.

“Filipche is a collaborator with Viktor Stoyanov who advocates for the promotion of Bulgarian identity, history and culture in Macedonia. His public appearances are aimed at denying the Macedonian language and national uniqueness, promoting the thesis that Macedonians and Bulgarians are one and the same people. Due to his xenophobic relations, he has been labeled a threat to national security by the Macedonian authorities and is banned from entering the country. Filipce is a collaborator with a man who denies Macedonia, that is, says that we are one people with the Bulgarians in two states,” said Manasievski.

The ruling party spokesperson points out that Filipche is a collaborator with a man who denies Macedonia’s identity, language, culture and history.

“Filipche is a direct collaborator of Bulgaria in Macedonia, through the Bulgarian missions of Minister Petrova Chamova. The special Bulgarian envoy to Macedonia, Venko Filipche, is the only one who is demanding the inclusion of Bulgarians in the Constitution without guarantees that this is the last step for joining the EU. Venko Filipche, with this attitude towards Macedonia, is sealing his political career,” Manasievski underlined.
