At VMRO-DPMNE’s proposal, red lines were voted on, i.e. a resolution on red lines, in which we as the Republic of Macedonia, as a state, will not negotiate in the area of identity, language, culture and history, which in just a few months the SDS overstepped with that good-neighborly agreement with Bulgaria in which we should include Bulgarians in the Constitution, VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson ValentinManasievski said in an interview with TV Alfa.
Manasievski referred to the request to include Bulgarians in the Constitution and emphasized that VMRO-DPMNE has a clear position on that issue, i.e., as he said, the state will not negotiate in the area of identity, language, culture and history.
The ruling party representativesaid that SDSM pursued the wrong policy and made a series of concessions, and pointed out that VMRO-DPMNE remains the only party that cares about Macedonia.
“I believe that SDS is pursuing a policy that is not good for them, that is not bringing them votes. Citizens have read them, citizens know that in the past 35 years, VMRO-DPMNE is the only party that cares about Macedonia, for our identity, for language, for culture. SDS has changed the country’s name twice, changed its flag, changed its banknotes, changed the Constitution, what more does SDS need to do to be a bigger traitorous party,”addedManasievski.
