SDSM Executive Board member Rubin Zemonreacted to a released photo of him with the Bulgarian provocateur Viktor Stoyanov. He defends himself before the media by saying that the meeting with Stoyanov was accidental in a shopping mall in Sofia.

Zemonclaims that the reporters orchestrated an attack on him. The meeting took place about fifteen days ago.

“My son and I were in a shopping mall in Sofia when people approached me, told me that they recognized me and asked if they could join us for coffee and take a photo.

At first, I didn’t know that they were people from the foundation. We briefly talked about the events in both countries and that was all,” Rubin Zemon told MKD.mk.

What’s interesting is that the period in which Zemon says the meeting took place corresponds to the period when Zemon stated that GoceDelchev was a minor figure in Macedonian history.

Viktor Stoyanov from Sofia also reacted, but NetPress decided against publishing his reaction because it is full of vulgarities against Macedonian people, hate speech and threats of imprisonment for the reporters who decided to sharethe controversial photo.

Following the controversies on Friday evening, Rubin Zemon resigned as a member of the SDSM Executive Board.
