The VMRO-DPMNE-led Government places young people at the center of its policies and creates conditions for young people to see their future at home, in their municipalities, said the head of the VMRO-DPMNE Youth Force, Todor Koneski.
“The Ministry of Local Self-Government and the Agency for Innovation, Scientific and Technological Development and Entrepreneurship – INOVA are establishing a strategic cooperation that will bring a new approach to the development of municipalities through the active participation of young people,” said Koneski.
This partnership will enable strengthening the capacities of municipalities, greater inclusion of young people in local processes and the application of modern solutions that will contribute to better quality services for citizens, adds the party’s youth leader.
The “Months of Internship” program will be implemented during August and September in cooperation with state universities. Through this program, students will have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in practice, working directly in municipalities.
“The agency will coordinate the involvement of students, while the Ministry of Local Self-Government, through the Resource Center for Municipal Support and the established memorandum of cooperation with state universities, will organize and coordinate practical work in accordance with the real needs of municipal administrations,” Koneski pointed out.
