Oxford University research associate Tena Prelec, who is currently in Ohrid at the Prespa Forum Dialogue ended up in hospital due to a stray dog bite, accordint to her Twitter account.
Ohrid is currently hosting the Prespa Forum Dialogue, which is attended by senior guests from Europe and the world, and is full of tourists, who return to the city on the Ohrid coast after a one-year break. Stray dogs are not just a problem in Balkan Jerusalem or a UNESCO city, but in the country as a whole.
