First 155 Dutch tourists land at Ohrid Airport on charter flight

The first group of 155 Dutch tourists for 2022 arrived at the Ohrid Airport “St. Apostle Paul” on Wednesday with the tour operator TUI. In May and June this company will have two direct flights per week from Amsterdam to Ohrid, on Wednesday and Saturday, and in July, August and part of September it will have four flights per week.

The director of the Agency for Promotion and Support of Tourism Ljupco Janevski expects more than 60 charter flights from Amsterdam with this airline and 100 to 150 percent more tourists to visit Ohrid and Macedonia this summer. As a novelty announced the operation of TUI with the United Kingdom from mid-June, which expects thousands of British tourists.
