The ESM and Adora Engineering reached an agreement for the lease of the East and West heating plants.
By doing this, ESM officially takes over the heating from BEG.
The lease agreement is permanent for the duration of the heating season 2022/23, according to Prime Minister Kovachevski, ESM will pay 390,000 euros per year to Adora, which owns the heating plants.
In the meantime, the management of Adora Engineering announced that it received firm guarantees from ESM that the procedure for the purchase and sale of the East and West heating plants will begin as soon as possible and that the company’s debts incurred in the past year will be paid on the basis of lease and depreciation of the heating plants.
