In order to enable a regular and high-quality delivery of heat energy at the beginning of the heating season, we appeal to consumers to remove possible obstacles and defects in the internal installation, and tenant communities or building managers to allow officials unhindered access to the heating station, as well as to ensure constant power supply of the heat station with electricity (paid electricity bills for the heat station and functional electrical installation), announced AD ESM Skopje on Wednesday.
“We urge consumers, before reporting a defect or complaint to the Consumer Care Center, to check whether their facility is in the overview of currently closed facilities that do not have conditions for the delivery of thermal energy on the link Closed facilities – ESM Supply (esm-snabduvanje .mk),” the company informed.
