With the amendments to the Criminal Code, with the proposal of the Law on amnesty and with the announced third amnesty or putting into force GjorgeIvanov’s decision to pardon, DUI and SDSM definitely demolished the legal system in the country and created preconditions for the mafia to rule, accumulate capital and to block European integrations. This kind of mafia rule does not exist even in South American countries, the Democratic Union (DS) stated on Wednesday.
“It is very dangerous that respected professors of criminal law for money put themselves in defense of the changes in the Criminal Code and the amnesty of serious criminals. In the country, no one believes that you are worried about overcrowding in prisons, but because you are greedy for money and power,” the party added.
