More than MKD 280 million were paid to more than 4,700 beneficiaries, within the financial support programs in agriculture, Macedonia’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management informed on Tuesday.
Of the total amount, MKD 269,947,935 were paid to 4,545 beneficiaries as of June, based on Measure 2.3 – direct payments for produced and delivered cow, sheep and goat milk from the 2025 Financial Support Program in Agriculture.
MKD 3,746,560 were paid to 167 beneficiaries based on Measure 2.6 – additional direct payments from sub-measure 2.5 for raised or slaughtered cattle in a registered slaughterhouse capacity, in accordance with the 2024 Program.
Within Measure 2.16, MKD 7,968,320 were paid for direct payments for produced or sold one-day-old broiler chicks and one-day-old female chicks from egg-laying hybrids, also from the 2024 Program.
