A 26-year-old man from Skopje was fatally shot after fire was opened on a group of people in Chair, Skopje, on Monday night, half an hour before midnight.
According to eyewitnesses, the group was shot at by two people who came on a motorcycle and fled after the shooting.
“On 06.09.2026 at around 23:30, the SVR Skopje received a report that near the intersection between ProhorPchinski Street and VojdanChernodrinski Street in Skopje, while D.G. (29), A.Dz. (24), K.B. (36), E.B. (25) and A.M. (26), all from Skopje, were standing in front of a company window, a motorcycle with two people on it stopped and fired at the group, after which they fled. One of the missiles hit A.M., who was transported by ambulance to the Mother Teresa Clinic Complex in Skopje, where he died,” theMacedonian Ministry of Interior (MoI) informed.
The MoI adds that measures are being taken to solve the case.
