The “Conversations for the Future at 12:05” platform issued a response to a press conference Sunday by SDSM leader Venko Filipche, accusing him of attempting to discredit the platform through attacks on the initiative’s participants.
The platform says that while it understand the “growing anxiety” they will not remain silent, especially out of regard for the participants in Saturday’s session who are not politicians.
The platform claims that Filipche and his inner circle constitute a faction within SDSM and challenge his legitimacy within the party.
“Venko Filipche and his small group are a faction within SDSM. He is not the leader of the membership, but the president of fictitious voting cards,” reads the press release.
