Drin Ahmeti, nephew of the leader of DUI Ali Ahmeti, became the manager of the business center Soravia in Skopje, after it was announced that one of his companies should previously receive an ownership stake in this business complex, Faktor.mk reports.
As it was previously announced about the young businessman from Kichevo, he will become the second largest owner with a 39 percent stake in the Soravia business center. The majority owner with 51 percent of the shares will be Vladimir Pjetergjokaj with the Albanian company Pe-Vla-Ku, while 10 percent will remain with the current owner Hano Soravia. Soravia has kept the price of the business center sale under wraps, saying it is a trade secret.
