After three years and one month spent in the Skopje Idrizovo Penitentiary, the former Minister of Interior Gordana Jankuloska walks free today.
Her release from prison is a conditional release, following a decision made by the Appellate Court, and she will not return if she does not commit a new crime by next October.
The former Minister of Interior Gordana Jankuloska was sent to Idrizovo to serve the four-year prison sentence as convicted in the “Tank” case, in September 2020, after she exhausted all legal means to postpone the serving of the prison sentence for the “Tank” case.
