The most interesting thing for me since the beginning of the campaign for the presidential elections is that we see that SDSM has a new leader. It is Stevo Pendarovski, former ambassador Ivica Bocevski told TV Telma’s “Top Tema” debate show.
“It is obvious that he is leading the SDSM campaign for the parliamentary elections. Stevo Pendarovski is at the center of SDSM’s campaign for the parliamentary elections. He speaks as a candidate for prime minister, he addresses Hristijan Mickoski, Dimitar Kovachevski is nowhere to be found,” Bocevski said.
The former ambassador believes that the VMRO DPMNE presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova is fighting two battles against the history of Macedonia, because a woman has never been elected president before, and because an opposition candidate has never been elected president before.
