SDSM reveals candidates running for mayors in upcoming elections, Shilegov to run for a second term

SDSM leader Zoran Zaev revealed late Tuesday the first 30 candidates of the ruling party running for mayors in the upcoming local elections.

Petre Shilegov, the incumbent mayor of Skopje, will re-enter the race for a second mayoral term.

The other candidates for mayor include: Pero Kostadinov (Valandovo), Milikie Halimi (Arachinovo), Blagojcho Shapov (Bogdanci), Zoran Zimbakov (Bosilovo), Velimi Smilevski (Butel), Marijan Janev (Vasilevo), Sasho Jankovski (Vevchani), Ivica Dimitrov (Vinica), Robert Beshovski (Gradsko), Goran Trajkovski (Delchevo), Laze Petrov (Demir Kapija), Ango Angov (Dojran), Borche Gievski (Zelenikovo), Jordan Nasev (Karbinci), Filip Temelkovski (Kisela Voda), Blagojcho Iliev (Konche), Tome Hristovski (Krushevo), Ace Velkovski (Lozovo), Medad Kurtovski (Mavrovo-Rostishe), Ljube Kuzmanovski (Novaci), Kostadin Georgievski (Ohrid), Elizabeta Zelenikovska (Petrovec), Slavcho Pandurski (Pehchevo), Dragan Anastasov (Probishtip), Zhivko Gosharevski (Resen), Stojan Nikolov (Rosoman), Zhaklina Jovanovska (Staro Nagorichane), Goran Stojanovski (Chashka), and Sashko Nikolov (Shtip).
