As of Thursday, according to the data received from the PHI Center for Public Health – Skopje, a total of 12 students were reported with symptoms – stomach aches and elevated body temperature with a proven cause – salmonella bacteria.
The State Sanitary and Health Inspectorate shut down the school kitchens of the “VojdanChernodrinski”, “Jan Amos Komenski”, “Bratstvo” and “HristianTodorovski – Karposh” schools, as well as the central warehouse from food products are distributed. The ban on the operation of school kitchens, as added in the announcement, will be valid until the prescribed sanitary-hygienic and anti-epidemic measures are removed.
